Birchbox Review: March

Happy Wednesday everyone. And more importantly, the start of March Madness! I live for the NCAA basketball tournament. As usual, I filled out a bracket this year. You can see my picks HERE! Back to the task at hand…I wanted to share my March Birchbox with you!

If you’re not familiar with Birchbox, you can sign up and receive a box of 5 beauty samples for only $10/month. I’m usually not a huge fan of subscription boxes, because I usually end up with stuff I won’t use. However, three boxes into 2016, and I’m SUPER pleased with Birchbox. I highly recommend trying it! (you can cancel at anytime)

1: Amika dry shampoo–as a true dry shampoo fanatic, this one makes my top 3 list. It smells great and works well to absorb oil!

2: theBalm Stainiac–this lip/cheek stain gives a sheer tint with just the right amount of color. “Double-duty” beauty products are great to throw in your bag for work or school.

3: Trestique eye shadow crayon in “Aspen Pine”–the color of this eye shadow stick is gorgeous and makes my green eyes pop! The built-in smudge tip allows you to create a quick smoky eye.

4: FHI Hot Sauce heat-activated conditioner–since I like to curl my hair with a super hot curling wand, I’m excited to try this condition that will be activated in the presence of heat.

5: Wilma Schumann eye pads–these 100% collagen eye pads are amazing. I have a pair on as we speak. I like to use them in the morning to give my eyes a brightened look. No one wants to look tired!
