Intro to Fall Beauty

Happy Monday y’all! I hope you had a great weekend. I spent most of mine cleaning & organizing AND of course watching football. Did your teams win? I had some luck with the Cowboys, but the Razorbacks were a different story. Since a cold front blew in last night & I woke up to temperatures in the 40’s, I thought I would share a few products that are on my intro to fall beauty list.

intro fall beauty, rebekaheliz, fall, nail polish, living proof, OPI, essie, bath body works, target

{mini pumpkins are from Target}

First up, let’s talk about the Bath & Body Works candles. They aren’t really a beauty product, but as far as I’m concerned, they’re a must-have for fall. I usually have 2 or 3 sitting around my room at any given time. The fall candles are hands down the BEST! I picked up this new one yesterday, Flannel. It’s an interesting smell…a cross between fresh fall air, manly cologne, and laundry. I know, that’s a pretty insane combo. You will just have to smell it for yourself. TIP: save the jar when all of the candle is burned, because they work well for vanity storage. (think cotton balls or hair ties)

Next, let’s talk fall nail colors. I’m gonna be honest, I’m a creature of habit. We are talking white manicures from like April-August. Recently, I’ve decided I needed to get into the fall colors. I recommend the OPI Infinite Shine line, because it’s almost like giving yourself a shellac mani. I recommend the “Black Onyx” which is pictured or “You Don’t Know Jacques” which is the perfect shade of taupe.

Also, Essie makes this beautiful shade, “Angora Cardi“. It’s pretty much sold out everywhere I’ve looked, but I found one bottle at ULTA today! It’s the perfect light burgundy color that goes with everything.

THIS Living Proof hair spray is brand spankin’ new. In fact, they had to grab it from the back for me at Sephora this weekend. The reason I’m including it as a fall beauty must-have is because no one wants flat, lifeless hair during the fall. There is nothing better than big, voluminous curls paired with a plaid scarf! I’m loving this hair spray for two reasons: it smells AMAZING and it provides airy volume. By airy volume, I mean it doesn’t weight your hair down. They also make a travel size which is a great way to try it out on your hair! (it’s also TSA approved at only 3 oz.)

Since this was only an intro to fall beauty, be sure to stay tuned for more fun posts. What are your fall must-haves?

XO,

Rebekah
