Bright Spring Accessories Under $50

Happy weekend, y’all! I hope you are all off to a relaxing weekend. I’ve been shopping around quite a bit to add a little bit of color to my accessories this spring. I will be honest, I don’t want to spend a lot on accessories that I may only wear a handful of times for the styles this season. One thing I’ve noticed though is that I have been seeing bright, bold colors everywhere! I thought I would share some of my favorite bright spring accessories I’ve seen on my search that are all under $50:

This camel iPhone case (#1) is adorable! I ordered it, and it’s even cuter in person! It has little jewels on it and reminds me of my love for world travel. I’ve adding riding a camel to my bucket list.

These sunglasses (#5, 6, 7) are all $12 and are designer dupes for way more expensive pairs. If you’ve seen the Dior sunnies, #7 looks just the same and won’t cost you hundreds ;)

I ordered both pairs of these shoes (#11, 13) and they are under $25. The fringe and pom-poms are adorable and I LOVE blush pink this spring.

Be sure to snag this striped umbrella (#16) for the heavy rain this spring. The LAST thing you want is your pretty hair to get messed up. I know umbrellas aren’t something we think of often, but it’s best to have one in your car so you can grab it for those unexpected storms.

Steal vs. Splurge: Handbag Edition

There couldn’t be a better post for a drab Monday than this one! I’m here to share this steal vs. splurge edition on some cute handbag finds. For me, I cannot justify spending thousands on multiple handbags. I also wanted to focus on neutral handbags that can be carried during different seasons and on many different occasions.

**Disclaimer: I am not hating on those with designer handbags. I am not in a place where I can afford multiple designer bags, so I wanted to share some that look similar and are super affordable.**

First up, the timeless black handbag. This bag is super cute and I’ve had my eye on it for a while. I cannot afford a huge $1390 price tag, so I found a similar bag for just under $25! I really like the gold accents on this bag as well.

Next, this blush pink handbag is adorable and will transition well into spring. It looks like a “camera” bag to me. I remember people several years ago carrying their cameras in bags like these. I really like the gold chain on this steal bag that I found for $20!

Last up is this cute saddle bag. This luggage color is classic and would work well year-round. Definitely can’t see myself paying $1395, but this similar look is only $23! The tassel is ADORABLE, too!

I hope you enjoyed seeing these great deals I found on similar bags. My favorite place to find affordable handbags is here! Maybe one day I will be able to afford a “splurge” like this, but for now these “steals” will do!

Thanks for reading & let me know what steals you have found recently!

Rebekah

Best Dressed: Golden Globes 2016

Happy Monday y’all! I hope everyone has a great week. Last night I tuned into the E! Red Carpet online live stream to catch all of the beautiful looks from the Golden Globes. I had to share my favorites with you…

golden globes, best dressed, kate bosworth

Kate Bosworth in Dolce & Gabbana

I probably shouldn’t love this pink sequin gown as much as I do. I am OBSESSED with this gown, because it involves my two favorite things: pink + sparkle. I really like how she has her hair slicked back as well!

Lily James in Marchesa

Lily James is starring in the new Cinderella film and this dress is totally giving me that Cinderella vibe. I LOVE the top, because it is something different and has a great keyhole. The bottom is so lovely and airy!

golden globes, best dressed, rosie huntington-whiteley

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Atelier Versace

Only Rosie could pull this dress off so perfectly. Her hair looks effortless and this dress sparkles in the best way! Gold can be hard to wear, but she definitely nailed it.

AND MY FAVORITE OVERALL…

golden globes, best dressed, gina rodriguez

Gina Rodriguez in Zac Posen

I have ALWAYS loved Navy Blue. It looks so classic and chic. I really like this look, because the makeup and hair are understated and simple. Her makeup looks very natural and lets the dress do all the talking! Zac Posen always supplies GORGEOUS looks for awards shows.

Who was on your best dressed list from the Golden Globes? Let me know in the comments below!
