Happy Wednesday! I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s post where I gave ideas for date night outfits. Summer is a great time to get outside and explore. Last weekend when I was in Kansas City, I wanted to find a photographer to shoot some photos with. Shanley Cox was recommended to me, and I decided to set up a 2 hour session with her. She was immediately friendly and super sweet! Here are the places where we decided to take blog photos in Kansas City.

Hope you enjoyed my recap of my three days in California. If you didn’t get a chance, you can read day 1, day 2, and day 3. As I had mentioned, I really wanted to capture some photos of LA while I was there. I had researched both places to shoot and photographers. Kara Beth Nixon was highly recommended, so I reached out to her and set up a photo shoot. I had a pretty good list of places to shoot, so today I wanted to share those photos with you, as well as outfit details. Let’s get started with the most instagrammable places in Los Angeles!

It’s Monday…BLAH. I’m not really that excited about it but at least I have tomorrow off. I had a big photo shoot yesterday and I shot so many looks. I can’t wait to share with you! I’ve been trying to branch out and start mixing prints…here is my first attempt. I decided to pair stripes with floral.
Floral is everywhere for spring. I love the bold look of print mixing! I like the gray background of this tee, because it makes the bright colors of the flowers pop. Be sure to grab some sort of striped sweater/jacket/blazer to pair with your favorite floral prints. It’s classic and will never go out of style.
Am I obsessed with Birkenstocks? Yes. Is this a problem? No. Am I ashamed? Definitely not. These have the soft foot bed and are SO comfy.
I am loving whipstitch bags this spring. I found this one in a pretty blush color. It has sold out, but here is a similar one. Sole Society is a great place to buy bags, because they are good quality and affordable.
