I decided to start a weekly posting entitled “THE WEDNESDAY WHY?!”

Each week I will post things that have occurred over the past week that confuse me or frustrate me. Some weeks I may have one, some I may have more than one. I hope this will be funny.

This week:

**WHY does it seem that everytime I make a playlist on my iPhone does it always play the song I really want to hear last?! I know, I know. I could just choose the song I want to listen to. Choosing playlists is a BIG deal for me. I only have like 10 on my phone, because it takes a special song to make it onto one of my playlists. Like my GYM playlist…I just added “I Cry” by Flo Rida. I was so excited to go to the gym with my “new” playlist and was expecting to hear “I Cry” pretty soon. 14…that’s right FOURTEEN songs later I heard it. By that time I was seriously ready to leave the gym or even better, throw my phone out the window.

Do you guys have any specific happenings that frustrate you?!

I am so obsessed with the bow craze that is hitting the fashion world! They are everywhere, and the best part? You can get them for anyone at any budget. Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, clutches, everything seems to come in a bow form and I LOVE IT!

I recently received an adorable bow bracelet from Glam Grab. Here it is in all its glory:

Seriously, how cute is that? For those of you who don’t know…Glam Grab is a Facebook auction-type sale that you simply post “grab” under a picture and they will send you an invoice for the item. You receive it in literally like 3 days. Pretty amazing, huh? Sales are held on Facebook Monday nights at 6:30 p.m. & Wednesday mornings at 11:00 a.m. Check them out!
Now for a little Kate Spade fest. I have been eyeing these babies for a long time now. Kate Spade always knows how to lure me in with bright packaging and a super cute website. But really, check out this bracelet & ring:
Greatest part? They come pre-boxed ready to give to all your pretty little friends. Perfect last minute Christmas idea? You’re welcome.
How do you guys feel about the bow craze? You have any bow items I should check out?

All About Skin
It’s literally gone from fall to winter in 24 hours. I don’t know if you’re like me, but in the winter I like to take EXTRA good care of my skin and be sure that it stays healthy and hydrated. I have just the items that you need and the best news is, I use every one of these and swear by each of them.
1…Baby Lips by Maybelline. I saw this in probably 902590825 magazines before I decided to try it out. Baby Lips? Kind of a weird name to me, but it works great. There are multiple colors and flavors, but I like the clear mint one the best.
2…Jergens Crema in Hydrating Coconut Milk. I use this stuff especially on my hands and feet so they will stay hydrated and not crack. TMI? maybe.
3…Carmex. Seriously I love this stuff. Might be addicted. It is wonderful for those cold winter days when you’re walking to class sprinting into the mall from your car.
4…OPI Avoplex Cuticle Oil. This stuff smells amazing and keeps your cuticles healthy and looking great. It also comes in a to-go size that is perfect for your purse.
5…Jergens Original Scent. This is a tradition from my grandma, mom, aunt, etc. I use this 24/7 when I just need some good moisture. And the cherry almond smell is just a bonus!
6…Clinique 3-Step. I have used this since I was 15. I LOVE it. Start with this on your face twice a day and add necessary moisturizers on top of it. If you use it correctly, your skin will look great and never break out. I use system #2 for dry combination skin.
7…Tarte 100% pure Maracuja Oil. Newest member of my skincare team and it’s AMAZING. This stuff is like heaven in a bottle. 3 drops at bedtime is all you need to look refreshed and healthy for 24 hours. It actually makes me look younger, which at my age may not always be desired.
8…Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief. I only use this in the winter when my skin becomes extra dry. Just put a dime-sized amount on after the 3-step and you’re good to go.
9…Garnier Moisture Rescue Gel Cream. Garnier? Don’t they make hair products? My thoughts exactly. Again like the Baby Lips I saw this in multiple magazines, and though ok I’ll try it. For under $10 this stuff really works well. And the best part? It won’t break the bank. You could use it instead of the Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief. They both pretty much do the same thing, but I wanted to give you some choices.
Hope this winter doesn’t treat your skin too badly. Take care of your skin in the winter and you’ll be very proud of yourself come spring & summer :)
