Fall Foliage: Northern Vermont Road Trip

I packed a lot of travel into just a few days in Vermont, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Here’s my Northern Vermont Road Trip to see all the fall foliage.

Burlington > Waterbury Center > Stowe > Smuggler’s Notch > Morristown > Cabot > Montpelier

I stayed at the Blind Tiger in Burlington. It was the most unique lodging I’ve ever stayed in, I’ll share an entire blog post on that soon.

I stopped for some fresh pressed apple cider at Cold Hollow Cider Mill. I highly recommend! It tasted so GOOD!

There was no shortage of fall foliage on this leg of my road trip either. Stowe is definitely top 5 towns I visited. I would love to head there in the winter.

If you visit Stowe, be sure to take the drive to the top of Smuggler’s Notch to catch the views! It was the skinniest, curviest road.

If you know Vermont, you know covered bridges are a huge deal. My favorite of all that I saw was in Cabot, Vermont: The AM Foster Covered Bridge. Now, this one is unique because you can’t drive up to it or through it. But the surroundings are stunning!

Montpelier is the capital of Vermont, so on the way back to the Blind Tiger, I had to catch a glimpse of the State House.

I definitely conquered all of the places I wanted to see in Vermont. It was the road trip of a lifetime!

XO,

Rebekah
