Where to Eat in Burlington, Vermont: El Cortijo Taqueria

If you know me, it’s not hard for me to find good Mexican food wherever I am. That’s why I decided to eat at El Cortijo Taqueria in Burlington, Vermont.

It was the cutest setting in an old 1950’s diner car. It’s small inside but boasts big flavors! You can’t hardly go wrong with queso. But the queso here was GOOD.

I had the enchiladas with rice & potatoes. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the enchiladas had a nice kick!

This had to be some of the freshest Mexican food I’ve had in a while. It was all served piping hot and it was yummy! I highly recommend trying out El Cortijo Taqueria and going for a little walk on Church Street afterwards.
