Welome to this month’s review of my IPSY bag! This month’s theme was Red Carpet Ready! With all of the awards shows that have been going on, the theme could not have been more appropriate.
I’m obsessed with the pink packaging as I’m sure you’ve figured out by now! AND one of my favorite reasons to love IPSY is that each month the products come in a makeup bag!
First up: (bottom left) Coastal Scents eyeshadow palette. These colors specifically come highly pigmented & can be used wet or dry. I would practice using these colors before a night out.
Next: This Lash Card. HELLO this is so helpful! It prevents smudging and clumping of mascara around your eyes!
Next: (left) this Pixi Flawless & Poreless Primer. I LOVE primers! This keeps me oil-free all while keeping my makeup in place.
Next: (middle) MICA black eyeliner. To be honest, I haven’t used this product, because I haven’t found a brush to apply it with. Do any of you have any ideas?
Last: (right) POP beauty Smokey Lash Kapow Mascara. PERFECT to throw in your purse & go. This product I think is best for mascara touch-up throughout the day.
All in all, I have been super happy with IPSY since I joined. The products are the perfect size to try. I would definitely check them out HERE!
Feb was my first ipsy bag! I got a thin angled eye liner brush. (found mine at target, elf for $3) I put it on and it stayed all day long. My eyeliner usually rubs off by the end of the day but not this one!
Love your review. I did not do any reviews on ipsy or birchbox this month…I was not overly happy with it..the colors were to dark for my tatse but I still love them!
I love the MICA liner. I use a liner brush from Real Techniques but I do have the same elf liner brush Amanda spoke about above and it works great too!!

I am OBSESSED with Ipsy (& the packaging too :P)! The gel eyeliner from last month is actually ammmmazing!!! I apply it with a thin slanted eyeliner brush to make a nice long lasting cateye.
