Happy Sunday, friends! Kalyn and I are back bringing you a verse for the week. We pray you have hope, strength, and courage for the days ahead no matter where your path may lead.

At times I find it so convenient to get caught in the lies of this world. Whether is may be negative comments heard, trials, temptations, or worries, I always keep a reminder in my planner to surrender all of my thoughts to Christ. Many days I have to encourage myself to think on the things above, not the things of this world. Jesus’s sovereignty will always make our paths straight, despite our circumstances. I am praying to set my heart on the things above this week, friends. Will you join me?

Sometimes I am afraid we get caught thinking about material things of this world, I know I do. One thing I know for sure is that Jesus is something we can always think about that is “noble, right, pure, and lovely.” I mean how many things can you think about that are as wonderful as Christ? I can’t think of any. So this week, I’m going to make it my priority to think on Christ more. Let’s make this a wonderful week :)

Oh my goodness, one of my very favorite verses. I am such an over thinker.. and it’s not always good stuff! I have had to really train my mind to think on good things. Things the Lord would ask me to think on and things He wants me thinking about to further His Kingdom.
