This 4th of July: Color Your Holiday With Kool-Aid Drinks

Happy weekend everyone! I’m sure by now we are all gearing up for the 4th of July & getting our plans made! I wanted to share a couple of fun ideas I had with you featuring Kool-Aid drinks! I headed out to Wal-Mart to shop for something to drink that did not include alcohol. I’m going to have several little kids at my 4th of July party, so I want to make it fun for everyone! Let’s all color our holiday with Kool-Aid fruit drinks! It’s so much fun!

You should head out to your local Wal-Mart & grab some Kool-Aid! I found the Kool-Aid in the bottled juice aisle!

Kool-Aid has come out with a brand new size of ready-to-drink product: the 96 oz. bottle!

Let’s be honest…I AM BUSY. So what’s great about Kool-Aid is that the two ideas I want to show you are SIMPLE. They take no extra time to throw together & it’s great if you’re as busy as me!

Idea 1: Kool-Aid ice cubes

It is simple! Simply pour your Kool-Aid into an ice cube mold. You can either give the kids just the ice cubes to eat or throw them into your favorite drink!

Idea 2: Kool-Aid Slushes

Again, super simple. Pour some Kool-Aid into a blender with ice cubes & crush. Since we are talking 4th of July here, I would get some Cherry or Tropical Punch flavored Kool-Aid to be the red, then put in clear cups for the white, and throw some blueberries into the mix for the blue ;)

I LOVE to find products that can help me keep the color palette I have in mind for my holiday party. What’s better than a drink that matches the red, white, and blue of the 4th of July? Color your holiday with Kool-Aid!

Those two ideas are SO easy you guys! And the BEST part? No alcohol involved! Let’s make this 4th of July fun for everyone with Kool-Aid!

I also snagged some Kool-Aid Jammers pouches that are perfect for the little kids who don’t need a spill!

Jim Dillard, pro fisherman, could be coming to your local Walmart to help promote the new 96oz Kool-Aid bottles! There will be product giveaways, t-shirts, games, and more fun activities!
